IT looks like further weather woes are in store for Britain and Ireland.
With both nations still recovering from the Beast for the East and Storm Emma, a new weather threat looks to be on the way.
Dubbed the Pest from the West, forecasters are keeping a watchful eye on a band of low pressure making its way towards the south-west coast this weekend.
An official weather warning is in place for parts of England and Wales.

The Met Office has said there is a risk of snow and ice where recent snowfalls have been melting.
Cold and frosty overnight, with some patches of ice & fog. Showers at times too, with sleet in places and with a little snow on some hills and mountains, especially over parts of Munster and south Leinster early on and in other areas later tonight. Lows -2 to plus 2 C.
