STORM EMMA brought Ireland to a standstill on Friday, with carriers forced to cancel flights as a result of the weather.
The disruption looks set to continue into tomorrow, with dozens of early morning flights cancelled at Dublin and other airports.
Most flights later in the day are currently unaffected although that may change depending on the conditions.
Here’s the latest from the main carriers and airports.
Ryanair
Ryanair currently plans to return to operations at all Irish airports on Saturday, March 3, while remaining in close contact with the airports and the emergency authorities.
Based on the latest weather warnings for Saturday morning, the airline expects some further disruptions and has had to cancel a number of flights to/from Dublin Airport.
Customers are recommended to check the status of their flight before making their way to the airport.
Aer Lingus
Due to the continued severe weather and the extension by Met Éireann of the Status Red weather alert for the Dublin area until 9am Saturday, the Dublin short-haul flight schedule on Saturday, March 3 will be disrupted.
Many early morning flights have been cancelled and most operations are not commencing until after 10am.
Several inbound flights from outside Ireland are cancelled, although its Belfast, Cork and Kerry schedules are largely unaffected at the moment.
Dublin Airport
Snow and ice clearing crews have been working around the clock to keep Dublin Airport’s airfield open.
The airport is preparing for a resumption of flight operations on Saturday morning.
Some airlines have cancelled services and there may be delays to others.

Cork
Cork Airport is working to clear runways, taxiways and roadways.
Staff have cleared over 250 loads of snow, five times what they cleared in the whole of 2010.
The airport is liaising with their airline customers to resume flight operations on Saturday morning, subject to weather.
Regional services to Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh are set to operate tomorrow, albeit with delays.
Passengers are advised to check the status of their flights – and any travel advice on rebooking or refunds – directly with their airline.
Shannon
Shannon Airport will re-open, weather permitting, at 5am on Saturday, March 3.
Passengers intending to fly from, or travel to, Shannon on Saturday are strongly advised to contact their relevant airline or check their website before travelling.
Kerry Airport
Flight EI3201 from Kerry to Dublin is cancelled. The airline will provide further updates on flights as soon as they come in.
Passeners are advised to monitor their airline website if travelling over the next few days.
Ireland West Airport (Knock)
The airport is planning to open tomorrow but again, passengers are advised to check with their airline.
