AN AMERICAN country music star collapsed on stage while performing as part of the Country to Country festival at Dublin’s 3Arena.
Tim McGraw was performing on stage with his wife Faith Hill when the concert had to be cut short after he fell ill on stage.
The pair had performed in London and Glasgow the night before as part of the three-day event.
McGraw’s wife returned to the stage to inform fans that her husband was “super dehydrated” and that he couldn’t return to the stage.
A representative or Mc Graw later issued a statement confirming that he had received treatment from local medical staff and was doing much better.
“Tim McGraw was suffering from dehydration in Dublin this evening at the C2C show.
“He was attended to by local medical staff on-site and will be fine. He and Faith thank everyone for their love and support and look forward to seeing their Irish fans again soon.”
