Club Notes 

 

Dulwich Harps

The season has now come to a close, but fear not as training will return in February.

On Wednesday 12th November the men will be holding an open meeting at the White Horse to discuss the way ahead for 2015.

We are the only GAA Handball club outside of Ireland and share excellent one-wall handball facilities at St. Paul’s Academy in Abbey Wood. Gaelic Football for boys and girls is run at St. Paul’s Academy in Abbey Wood every Saturday morning from 9.30am-11.00am. Under 12 (born 2002 — 2005) and under 14 (born 2000 — 2001) — all are welcome!

 

Fr Murphys Ladies Football & Camogie

On Saturday at Cafe Rest, Goldhawk Road, London W12, there is a breakfast and a photo shoot, with one of our sponsors, Debbie Smyth, from Remax Estate Agents. All are welcome from 10.30am onwards. Pat at Cafe Rest puts on a great Irish Breakfast.

We will be having a Christmas Raffle, Buffet and presentation night on Friday December 5th, details of the venue are due to be confirmed this week. Eamon Ryan and members of the victorious Cork Ladies Football & Camogie teams are expected to attend. Our raffle tickets will be out next week, with fabulous prizes, such as a Clonakilty Hamper, An Irish Food Christmas  Hamper, Rugby & Soccer tickets, plus many other prizes, all at £1 a ticket or £ 5 per book. The club will be inviting all their sponsors to thank them for their generous support.

 

London Youth

The next meeting London Youth Committee meeting will take place on Monday 17th November at 8.30pm at The Emerald GAA Grounds and meetings will continue to be on the third Monday of every month.

 

Roger Casements

Roger Casements Annual Dinner Dance on Saturday 22nd November in The Rialto, Coundon. Music by The Bible Code Sundays. Tickets £30 which includes a

St Clarets

Thank you to the O’Regan family for the generous donation of the Jim O’Regan Memorial Trophy which will be presented to a loyal supporter of the club on an annual basis.

 

Tara Youth

Tara Youths Club have got beautiful 2015 calendars for sale with lots of photographs to view. It would make a great Christmas present for family or friends. If you are interested in ordering one please contact the Secretary Tracey Monagle on 07535 597383 or any of the Committee members.

Tara GFC will hold their Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 19th November at 8pm upstairs at The Claddagh Ring Pub in Hendon. All new members always welcome.

 

Tir Chonaill Gaels

There will be a mass offered for deceased members and friends at the clubhouse on Saturday 15th November at 8.30pm. Mass will be celebrated by father John Egan, refreshments will be served after.

The date for the club’s upcoming All-Ireland championship quarter final has been confirmed for Sunday 14th December and will be played in Ruislip against either Corofin of Galway or Ballintubber of Mayo. The club Christmas party will take place on Sunday 14th December in the clubhouse.
